Je suis sophrologue de formation certifiée RNCP et membre de la chambre syndicale de la sophrologie.
J'anime tous les mardis un atelier sur les thèmes suivants :
- La gestion du stress - L'écoute du corps - La respiration - La gestion des émotions - La capacité de détente
Séance de groupe 1h (à partir de 2 pers et jusqu'à 5 Pers max) Tarif 10€ / pers
Je propose aussi sur Rdv des séances à domicile ou en Visio (préparation passage d'examen, gestion des compulsions alimentaires, amélioration du sommeil,....).
Certaines mutuelles remboursent les séances de sophrologie.
